An Orderly Telling of Passover

Seder Plate
Egg, bitter herbs, charoset, and horseradish

“Oh how I have longed to celebrate this Passover with you before I suffer.” … Then Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

Please register for your place at our table, 6 p.m. Maundy Thursday, March 29th, when we will celebrate the symbolic meal that Jesus celebrated to established the Lord’s Supper.

This symbolic “meal” has taught children and adults the meaning of the Exodus for millennia! During the celebration of Passover, Jesus adapted this meal to teach his disciples how he would become the Bread of Life and the Cup of Salvation for our liberation from slavery to sin. We will end our symbolic meal with the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.

Please bring a wine glass from your home so we may connect this table with your table.
